RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS (Delivery Within India).

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS:

This policy states the terms and conditions about returns and replacement.

  1. We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery of the product, ONLY IF the product is damaged. (Torn Fabric / Broken Terracotta home décor / Damaged earring or jewellery).
  2. For returns or replacements of products, “OPENING VIDEO” of the items MUST be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
  3. We are currently processing returns / replacements orders only through email/WhatsApp and NOT through our website.
  4. The returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged AFTER the opening (i.e where no opening video is provided).
  5. After examining the returned product, we will send a confirmation regarding replacement or refund.
  6. Replacement depends upon the availability of identical items, otherwise the customer will have to select another product of the same price, if he/she doesn’t want a refund.
  7. In case of returns, the buyer must bear the entire cost of shipping the product from his/her side. We will bear the shipping cost while sending the replacement.
  8. Products have to be returned in the original packaging.
  9. We have tried to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, as computer/device / mobile monitors/screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the color/shade that is visible to you will be completely accurate. A 10% variation in the shade is normal.
  10. The dimensions and weights of the products displayed on our website are APPROXIMATE ONLY. Hence, we will not be able to accept returns on the basis of the discrepancies of dimensions / weight; unless the variation is more than 10%.
  11. Unauthorization returns will not be accepted in any case; and no refund will be processed either. Such Unauthorized items will be returned to the sender.
  12. All returns/refunds are subject to the discretion of our management.
  13. Once the return is approved, Refund will be processed within 7 days of an approval email from our side.
  14. Once the replacement is approved, new replaced item will be shipped within the next 2 days of approval.

CANCELLATIONS:

  1. We do not accept any cancellations once the order is placed and paid for on our website.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS (Delivery/Shipping Outside India).

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS:

  1. We DO NOT accept returns and replacement for internationally shipped products.
  2. If the product is damaged during shipping (torn fabric / broken terracotta home décor /damaged earring or jewellery), an ‘OPENING VIDEO” is a MUST and the same should be sent to us through email within 2 days of receiving the product.
  3. Once the video is approved by our team, we will send an email regarding the same and refund will be processed within 7 days of such approval.

CANCELLATIONS:

  1. We do not accept any cancellations once the order is placed and paid for on our website.

display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, as computer/device / mobile/ monitors/screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the color/shade that is visible to you will be completely accurate. A 10% variation in the shade is normal.
10. The dimensions and weights of the products displayed on our website are APPROXIMATE ONLY. Hence, we will not be able to accept returns on the basis of the discrepancies of dimensions / weight; unless the variation is more than 10%.
11. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted in any case; and no refund will be processed either. Such Unauthorized items will be returned to the sender.
12. All returns/refunds are subject to the discretion of our management.
